- Jeremy Sheffield was born on 17 March 1966
- The 43-year-old is best known for his role as Alex Adams from 2000 until 2003.
- Jeremy trained as a ballet dancer with the Royal Ballet in Covent Garden.
- Jeremy’s dancing career highlight was starring in the video for Queen’s I Want To Break Free.
- Jeremy’s ballet career ended at the age of 27 when he broke his toe.
- He turned to acting, first gaining TV exposure in 1997 when he played the lead role in the video for massive Natalie Imbruglia hit Torn.
- He has since appeared in Merlin, Green Wing, Hotel Babylon and New Tricks, and also presents on the BBC’s Holiday show.
- Jeremy has also had roles in films The Wedding Date, Miss Conception and The Children.
- In 2006, Jeremy travelled to South Africa for celebrity reality show Safari School on BB2. He came second to singing coach Carrie Grant.
- He played the Brit in Renault Clio's France vs Britain advert.
